Excursions in Quebec (HAL)

Time to make decision for excursions for May 12th sailing from Montreal to Boston. Our group of ladies prefer to book excursions thru HAL. I'd appreciate feedback on these HAL excursions in Quebec.

My understanding is that we can do quite a bit of the walking in Quebec without an excursion.

Input on these:

Montmorency Falls and Island of Orleands

Old and New Quebec

Historic Walk and Horse Carriage

I would say unless you really want to see the falls just spend your time walking around Old Quebec city. It is very close to the ship as you can see in my sig pic below. It is very walkable and it will take up all the time you have just exploring the city on foot.
