we cruised last July on the Zuiderdam with our 15 yr old incredibly outgoing Mr. Social Director son. He had a great time ! Went to the teen program the first night and hung out there. Met a great group of kids (that he still talks to) and they hung out by the pool (with parents spying on them once in awhile !), ate pizza in the Lido, went to the teen disco. Overall, they didn't really participate in the 'teen' activities. The crew members were very friendly and helpful to our son. One chef in the Lido called my son "home fry" and my son called him "home chef". They would holler it out to each other every time they saw one another and high five ! funny... We are already booked for the Eastern Caribbean cruise in August this year !
