We are on the June 29 Regatta cruise and have Russian friends who live in St. Petersburg. Does anyone know if it will be possible for them to visit us on the Regatta when it is docked in St. Petersburg?

I would think not due to security precautions..but it would not hurt to have your TA call Oceania and check..

When we were on the Regatta last August, one of the passengers had some family come aboard in Stockholm. They told me that it took time to arrange the visit, i.e. getting permission and clearing documents. I guess you should check with the Oceania office asap.
