No refrigerators in non-suite cabins on the S-class and R-class ships.
If you need a refrigerator you can rent one. Last I knew the charge is $2.00/day; I understand those who need it for medical purposes have dibs.
Have your TA reserve one for you before you leave.

We had an inside room and there was a refrigerator filled with goodies.:)

I just checked my HAL 2005 book. They don't mention anything about the refrigerators at all. But unless you want to use the refrigerator for storing medicine, you probably won't even miss it. Ice is available in your room and unless you are just plain thirsty, it really is more fun to drink out in the public areas.

General rule of thumb:
Vista-class ships have a refrigerator in every cabin.
S-class and R-class ships have a refrigerator in PH and S-category cabins. (I'm not sure about the veranda cabins). Other cabins may rent one.
Prinsendam---I don't know.
