Do any of the guides do a 2hour island tour in the PM

My DW and I usually take a 2 hour taxi tour in the afternoon from someone respectable looking outside the port. Is this a good idea in Jamaica. There are so many different guides listed on this board. My wife is in a wheelchair so it would only be a sightseeing tour. Do any of the guides recommended do 2 hour sightseeing tours.
