I'm looking at booking a July sailing on Mariner of the Seas and am checking prices. Has anyone used Cruisedeals.com and also found them to be trustworthy and reputable?? Their prices seem to be significantly lower.
Thanks!

Hello!
I used www.*************.com (http://www.*************.com) and got a deal much lower than I found anywhere. You'll get a few quotes and are under no obligation to book with any of them. It's a good way to comparison shop. I would definately use them again.
Good luck and happy cruising!!

We currently have a cruise booked through cruisedeals. We haven't had any problems with them. I had to change my cruise dates once already (before final payment) and the agent I have took care of everything. They have been very prompt about calling back when I had questions.
One thing I did notice is that their price dropped by about $20 online and they wouldn't give me the lower price. The agent said it was only for new bookings. I don't know if this is the case for all TA or just theirs. They will however lower the price if RCCL lowers their price before final payment.

I used them last year for my Thanksgiving sailing. I noticed a price drop too and they wouldn't give me a credit either. I took that into consideration for my upcoming cruise and booked with someone else.

I can give a personal reference. The owner started the agency I work for many years ago. His agents are all awesome. I know most of them... book away!

Hi,
I also have my current cruise booked through Cruise Deals. So far, I have had no problems what so ever. They have been very prompt in answering any emails I have sent them. My final payment got made about 3 weeks ago, so now I am waiting on my docs!
I researched prices for weeks before I booked back in October, and no one came close to beating their online quote.
hth,
Sonia
