Can your order a "full to-order breakfast" through room service on RCCL? I know on Carnival all you can get is continental breakfast.

Yes, you can. I'm not sure if you can get everything they serve in the dining room, but you can get a lot more than a continental breakfast.

On our last cruise we ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast, juice, pastries & coffee - all via the TV.

You can order just about everything from room service for breakfast. I was nice to have breakfast on the balcony in the morning.

Unless you have a cabin with an oversized balcony it may be tough juggling all those plates and cups in your lap.....

If you tell me that we can order Pancakes and grits from room service on Rhapsody, I will have one happy fiance on my hands. Anyone want to make my fiance happy for me by confirming this? Thanks.

You can write on the menu what you want and you will get it. Eggs Benedict was not on the menu, we wrote it in and got it.

Room service messed up on us and forgot to deliver breakfast one morning. They felt so bad that they sent us two of almost everything they had. We did not order all this food, but it was sure yummy. This was on the Brilliance.

On our last cruise, I ordered breakfast room service twice. I asked for eggs benedict and had no problems. However, the second time I asked for it, I got a phone call saying that eggs benedict wasn't on the menu and wasn't available through room service. I explained they brought me eggs benedict a couple of days ago. I kind of had to talk them into it, but they finally brought it. I was kind of surprised especially after I heard through the message board that you can order whatever you wanted as long as it was on the dining room menu.

Thanks, Denise, for the info. You know what I'm trying to figure out...http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif....how comparable your cabin on the Grandeur is compared to an aft cabin on the Mariner...http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif....say, on a 10/16/05 sailing...LOL. Denise: Did a back-to-back on the Grandeur in December 2003. Had cabin 7150. FANTASTIC. Huge balcony and walk in closet! Cabin was re-furnished on the second leg of our cruise - - new sofa, headboard, ottomans, bedding, ect.

Have a great time, you will love the Grandeur and cabin #7150 http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
