We finally leave Thursday for the Splendour. Up until today, we weren't sure if the trip was a go. My Mom was diagnosed with cancer last month and just broke her hip and had surgery last week. She is a tough lady and is hanging on! My DH's Mom had cancer surgery Monday and is stable. My emotions have been on such a roller coaster for the past three months with all the health issues. I can't wait to step away and breath some sea air. I promise to come back refreshed and ready to deal with life and all its realities. Please say a prayer that all goes well while we are gone!

Oh, Sailormoon, I cannot imagine the stress that you have been under. My prayers for all of those who need it. I know you will enjoy your respite. Go, breathe deeply, have a good drink, and relax!

Have a GREAT cruise!

Sometimes we ned a break from the real world. It helps then, because we have a reserve when we need to be strong.
