Looks like June 5 is going to Cocoa Cay instead of Labadee. Anyone been there? What is there to do?

First one....

Have a coco loco, Swim, snorkel, coco loco, stroll, coco loco, Relax under a palm tree (with a coco loco). Did I mention that you can get a coco loco (there's also an BBQ for lunch).

There are some pictures in the Sovereign OTS files I have on webshots (link below)

A bad day cruising is better than a good day at work.

The worst cruise I ever took was pretty damned good.

Platinum with RCI, a couple cruises with NCL and 1 with CCL

Rent Jet Skis. They are so much fun. My husband and I rented one for an hour and was on a group tour in the water. It was beautiful riding out in the ocean and we stopped at a site where you can get off your jetski and pick up some starfish. Then we headed back to the beach for a barbeque lunch which is free and afterwards we rented mats and just floated on the water.

I agree...a few Coco Locos are a must...then go over to the water trampoline park...$10 per person...it was so much for to act like a kid for an hour!!! Oh yeah my kids likes it alot too!!!

You can also snorkel, parasail, kayak, and there's a little waterpark.

My preference is to pick one fun thing to do in the AM, then spend the rest of the day lounging in the sun or shade (depending on your preferences and the weather). Well, lounging and eating and drinking.

Or...you can do like we did....find a nice quiet stretch of beach, wade out into the water for a little while and do nothing or pull a beach chair down by the water and lay around doing absolutely nothing

For a laugh, should it come up a light rain shower, it can be entertaining to watch how many people come running out of the water hollering "get out of the water, you might get wet" (Honest! Duh...if you're IN the water, you are already wet folks!)

Coco Cay, one of my favorites, been there 2 times. Water park thing must be newer because I do not remember it. We grab some chairs, put on the suntan lotion and raise our hand for a coco loco. It was always our last day so we would sit there trying to figure a way to stay there and not get back on the ship but for some reason we manage to get the last tender back. The kids will get the mats and float around. The only place that comes close to this for us is Labadee which we have done 2 times as well.

Really is a great beach, and as you can tell, get away from the main swimming area and it's pretty deserted. We enjoyed that and even pulled a lounge chair into the water and just sipped away. Of course, we did put it back when we were done.

It sounds wonderful. We're still upset that they dropped our stop in Coco Cay. Maybe we'll be lucky and they'll change their minds...
