My family and I are traveling on VOS for the first time (to Canada). Has anyone been on it recently and willing to share any do's and don'ts.

We were on the Voyager in February and had a great time. We sailed the Western Caribbean so probably had a different experience than you will. I would say do go to the ice show - it's great. Try to get to the dining room for dinners because they're great. We went to Portofino for a one night and really enjoyed the option to just dine alone for the evening and the food was great. We also took advantage of Johnny Rockets (fun!) and did the rock climbing wall and the voyager dunes. If they have a love and marriage show, definitely go to that and the quest show as well. I can't really think of anything not to do. We enjoyed it all!
