Golf in Tahiti

I know that Tahiti has only 1 golf course. I was wondering if anyone has played it and can give me some feed back. Also if you rented clubs. My fiance wants to play a round and I will ride in the cart, I think it is a waste to bring his clubs from home but we were just in Cozumel and the rentals were horrible.
If anybody has any info - I would appreciate it.
