I would like information on anyone's experience on doing a golf day when in Ocho Rios. I know Sandals Resort includes golf at their Golf and Country Club with their $95 day pass, but has anyone just gone directly to the Sandals Country Club for golfing, instead of working through the Sandals Resort? Sounds like a really nice golf course. It may be simpler to work with the course, instead of going to Sandals, and then having them transport you to the course.

Well, I guess I can answer my own question for those of you viewing this post and would be interested in information yourselves about golfing. I just talked directly to Sandals Golf and Country Club in Ocho Rios. Cruise special is $45 green fee pp, caddy is mandatory for $17, but only hiring 1 caddy for 2 people is permitted if you also rent a cart. Cart rental for two people is $40 for 2, not pp. Guess the caddy either walks or hitches a lift on the back of the cart, according to the lady I spoke with. Club rental is $25 for Precept clubs and $45 for Callaway. So adding all that up I came up with $197 for 2 people.
