Anyone done this on the Destiny?? What can you tell me about this please?? However, if Carnival doesn't send me my docs this week, my husband may be going on this cruise alone!! They keep dending DUPLICATES of HIS documents, and I'M the lead passenger!!

Just got back from Dominica aboard NCL Spirit and this was definately the highlight of the cruise. It is my #2 favorite snorkel spot in the Caribbean (#1 is Roatan). It's about a 5 minute walk from the ship to the catamaran and about a 20 minute ride to the spot. You can also take a taxi there as you can snorkel from shore as well. However, the excursion has the benefit of guides in the water who make sure you see everything. Also, on the ride back we encountered a group of dolphin who rode the bow wake and there were lots more in the distance jumping out of the water. It was terrific. Now that I've been there and am familiar with the area I can return without the tour.
