POAM excursions

The week we go on the cruise is the 1 week the boat doesn't stop in Kuaui... so I had to book that as a post trip separate from NCL in addition to the pre trip 4 nights in Maui. With that being said, we are looking for things to do on the islands the week we are on the boat. What were your favorites excursions on each island? What do you recommend I do not miss? Anyone have any budget friendly things to do as well?
Anything that was a total waste of money I should know about?
