How easy is it to get an accessible cab in Miami especially at the airport? how did you go about it? is there one that would hold a scooter, folding wheelchair, six suitcases a few carry ons and four adults? Perhaps an accessible van?
the alternative is two cabs one accessible one not but wonder how others have handled it

Hmm, that sounds a bit tight for an accessible taxi. Most are minvans and you do loose some room with those. Can the scooter-user transfer to the front seat of a van? If so you might consider a regualr (non-accessible) taxi van or ariport transport van. I have had 7 people, luggage, trade show cases (including my large trunk) and a scooter in a full size van. We did have to break down the scooter and we had to shift around things in the back a bit, and we were like sardines, but we all fit. In retrospect, we should have just taken two vans or a van and a taxi. It would have been easier.

You might call around and see what they think. But I would recommend 2 vehicles.
