I have watched this DVD at least 20 times, since receiving it with their brochure, but I'm wondering; do any of you know the couple that the Captain of the Legend was referring to, who had the most days on Seabourn? I think it was 2,000 or something like that at the time.

I've looked at their Grand Voyage itineraries. Wow...it would be so lovely to just stay on board for months at a time, going from ocean to ocean, continent to continent! Fortunate people who get to be on those cruises!

Blessings,

Jane :)
(looking forward to the Legend, Caribbean, April 9-23, 2006)

Jane, I know Mr. & Mrs. "C" have over 1,800 days aboard Seabourn. Also, Missy A. (my good friend that sails on the Pride) has over 1,000.......she's on 8 months every year. But, our David E. Greene has THE most days......his first contract was in 1988!
Many Seabourn Sailor's have 500 & 600 days......
Would certainly be a lovely "Rest Home!"

Enjoy your April voyage!

You got that right Martita....a nice place to retire...maybe a Classic Suite, jumping from Legend to Pride to Spirit? Dreaming!

Jane, did you see this joke retirement post over on the HAL board? http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=279361 (http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=279361)

Well I see that idea has been put into action, how wonderful that there are people who actually do this! I especially loved the woman who had one suite for her....and one for her clothes. Now that's my kind of gal.

Thanks!

I know all of you have read of Mrs. Bea Muller who lives on the QEII. She's from New Jersey, is 90 yrs. old and the ship has been her home since 2000. Her small cabin is on Deck 4.
She must be a real character! I would love to meet her.
