Morning Everyone
Sheila - I'm with you, I have my morning cup of coffee first! I only drink one cup a day, but really enjoy it in the AM.
I will be drinking my water soon enough....when I scrub floors, I get thirsty for sure! That will be some added exercise for the day too!
I won't be able to weigh in Thursday, I'll be a day late. Will be taking my mother on Wed. for cataract surgery again and spending the night with her and watching my DS's 3 year old on Thursday. I'll check in on Friday.
