Hi Belle,
Reporting from a vacation is a great idea for keeping on a WOE. I know when I get too far from the boards, BAD things happen!
Hope your trip is great!

Why can't you sleep?
Did the sheep get lost?
Yes you should be asleep..I'm awake
because here in Arizona there and hour
ahead of my time..so I think it's an hour
earlier then their time says. Got that?
Why am I telling you this..your a teacher! LOL
Hope you get to sleep soon, here's some sheep
to count..****************************

Me a teacher. THat's why I can't sleep!:p Midterm failure warnings have to go out in a week and I have a two students who handed in NOTHING, showed up to class a week late, then stopped going after one or two classes.
No, that is not really why, though. I'm at that peri-menopausal stage and it is really making a mess of my life as far as sleep patterns.
Gotta run, have an early client.
ENjoy the zone!:D Can you take some pix of the orange sunsets?

Sandy,
Is the sleeping thing a sign of peri-menopause? In the last two weeks I have suddenly had a significant change in my sleeping patterns, plus the weight loss has been unusually easy, well easiER, because I haven't been hungry. Maybe it's time to call the doctor? Just had my annual, so maybe I could just start with some blood work. Ugh....it's tough to think about getting older. I'm only 34!

Hmmmm, Jax, you are pretty young. I'm 10 years older than you and the doctors felt I was too young at first.
It appears that sleep issues are a component of peri-menopause. I think in your case, some blood work would be good to rule out thyroid or other possible issues.
