Help needed in filling in PIF - how do I know who my issuing authority is on my passport?P PIF keeps giving me 'invalid' for UK, GBR, London etc - don't know what else to put in!!!!

From memory it should be written on your passport something similar to
'UK Passport Authority' . That's what I always enter on my online pif and it works fine

On the page with your photo.
Look down the right hand side ,threequarters towards the bottom.In fine print is written Authority.....so whatever is written under there is what you put on your Authority in Cruise Personaliser.:)

If you look at the photo page of your passport; below the photo you will see the 'Date of Issue'. To the right of that you will see 'Authority/Autorite (8)' Underneath that you should see in black type the letters UKPA. I would try that.
