We are planning to do a daysail, I believe with Rumbaba, and they stated that they will bring us back about 4 pm. We leave port at 6 pm so there will be a very small window that I could do any shopping at all and I would like to pick up maybe a t-shirt or other touristy stuff :) Is there anywhere around the dock to shop that I could do on my way back to the ship?

There's a big shopping area at the Havensight dock, but not at Crown Bay dock. If you're doing the day sail on your own, and not with a group, you can probably get the taxi driver to wait for you to shop before taking you back to the ship (you wanted to get the HD shirt?) If you're with a group, however, it'll be up to them as to where they'll drop you after the sail, I guess.

MOST of the ships dock at Havensight - I'm pretty sure the NCL Jewel is always at Havensight. Usually HAL or Disney is docking in Crown Bay.
