Hi Everyone: We were on the Maasdam from 3/14 to 3/25 and I know a lot of you wanted me to say hi to Shy. I asked about him and they said he had left for home the day that we got into Norfolk on 3/14..I was anxious to meet him after all the nice things that everybody said about him. We had a great time on the Maasdam. The service was great and I would definitely cruise on this ship again..Happy Cruising

What!?!?! How dare he!!! Doesn't he know that he has legions of fans booking that ship just to meet him??? :D
This means no more greetings from him posted here for a while! :eek:
Here's hoping that Shy thoroughly enjoys his well-deserved vacation. That he comes back to HAL happy, refreshed, and ready to get right back to doing what he does so well---HAL ambassador to the bleary-eyed coffee-seekers every morning. :)

I heard from him while he was at the airport.
He will be back on the Maasdam the middle of August.
Sure hope he does a lot of 'kick'n back' & has a GREAT vacation! He deserves it!
