We just got back this weekend from seven days on the beautiful MS Veendam. I am working on writing up the review, but if anyone has specific questions, I will be happy to try and answer them in the meantime.

Capt. James Russell-Dunford
Cruise Director Thom Falkner
Not sure about the maitre'd, but our dining room steward was named Herry and he was fabulous.

Thanks for the update! In 24 hours I will be at the airport to fly down to Tampa and join Veendam on Saturday morning! :)

Shipcafe~I'm jealous! We have also just returned from the same cruise as mhurdle. What a great week, beautiful ship and a fantastic, friendly crew! Bon Voyage, enjoy your cruise! Just a little note, try to be on deck for the sailaway while in Guatemala. Alot of the taxi's and buses and people from the village and the shops line the pier. It is very touching to see them all honking their car horns, dancing, waving and hollering as you leave the port.

Great to know! . . . I'll be sure to be up on deck for that.
