This might be a dumb question. But on other non DCL cruises, where do the kids sleep? Do you need to book two rooms. We just came back from 4 Day Wonder cruise (very enjoyable time). We have a 5 yr old and a 3 yr old. It was very easy to understand what Disney rooms held four people. We are debating whether to do the 7 day Magic or try another cruise line. On the other cruise lines, finding it hard to understand how many rooms we would need. Any help appreciated... guess I am overlooking something..

Other cruiselines have staterooms that accomodate three, four and some even five people. More than two people are accomodated in a stateroom by any combination of pull out beds and beds that fold down from the ceiling depending on the room. Keep in mind that DCL rooms are larger than the industry standard. Although on other cruiselines the other beds will be stowed during the day, the room will probably feel somewhat cramped compared to the rooms on DCL.
