Absolutely! If you are assigned the 8:30 dining time, you will be seeing the 10pm show. I always book the late seating for dinner, and I've found I usually have a full half hour from the time I finish dinner until the show starts, so you should have plenty of time.

In December on the Rotterdam we had the 8pm early late seating. My experience was that I had too much time between the end of dinner and the beginning of the show. So, we ended up going to bed more than I have ever done. Our cruise companions went to the piano bar to kill the time before the show, and usually ended up staying there instead of the show. In other words you will have plenty of time. I actually preferred the nights when the late seating people got the show before dinner and vice versa for the early seating dinner.

Not if you have the waiter we had on our last cruise. Waited one hour for our entree and was told if we wanted dessert it would be another hour for dessert. If that takes place on this next cruise I am pulling my tips.

Some nights they can have an early show (6:45 or 7 PM) for the 8 or 8:30 PM seating.

If they only have the one show, the first seating will all be there and slim pickens for the late seating.

There are two shows: 8:30 for the early (5:45 and 6:15) diners, and 10:30 for the late (8:00 and 8:30) diners. It's possible for the early diners to go to the show twice if they like it that much.
There are times (few and far between; the last night is one) when the late-sitting show is at 6:45.
I usually take 8:00 dinner. At large tables I have always made the show, but sometimes with little time to spare. At smaller tables I've had the opportunity to go to the Explorers' Lounge or Ocean Bar for a while, and still had plenty of time.
