Laundry/Dry Cleaning - Statendam

On a prior cruise we were upgraded from a Verandah to a Deluxe Verandah. Loved it a lot, but decided to book the Verandah this time. We really liked the free laundry and dry cleaning before. I heard there might be packages for unlimited laundry or dry cleaning for a set fee. Does anyone know anything about this.

Yes, they have an unlimited package. The amount depends on the length of the cruise. They also have a $12 laundry special for all you can put into the provided laundry bag.

Thanks - this is an 7 day Alaskan cruise on the Statendam. Do you know if details of this will come in the package HA sends out prior to the cruise or do we just get the details aboard ship?

Normally that information is available aboard the ship. If you don't find the information in your cabin check at the front desk.

On the Statendam (as well as all the S- and R-class ships) there is also a self-service laundry. Might come in handy in Alaska where "liquid sunshine" necessitates use of dryer only.
