spoke to hal today had made my final paymnt for cruise in september and asked about a credit since price had gone down on cruise, after the csr checked with supervisor was granted a refund whic was much more than i expected and they applied to my ship board credit for cruise i am so happy but now have to call back as i would like paperwork to back this up and i was also informed they will not change my cabin Yippeee some things are right with Hal after all.this made my day.

my usual september cruise ALASKA on the STATENDAM again can't wait you would think after cruising so long (since the 1980"s i would be bored but no not me theres a big world to see and people, cultures to meet it keeps me going and also to enjoy life

I think that people who pay attention to the details of their cruise and people who make the effort to call someone often get good results. I am getting ready for my 10th cruise and I must say on all, except one, I have either had a payment adjustment, a credit on my shipboard account or a great upgrade.

dst, i agree with you , i called hal and just asked about the cruise price and she proceeded to check att avenues i was so happy and i live in Kingston NY i had never know there were so many Kingston cities happy cruising to you also.

My TA calls HAL on a regular basis to see if there are any price reductions. Frequently, there have been and my final payment keeps going down. She's a doll. And HAL's neat, too.
