Online immigration form - working or not working for you?

Has anyone been able to successfully fill out the immigration form in the last 2 to 3 weeks? I filled out all my information up to the point of printing out the express boarding pass. So far so good. I did it around the 15th of March and would have done it for my cousin, but needed her passport # and emergency contact info.

For the last 3 weeks I have tried to submit my cousin's information and this is the message I get: "Immigration information is not available at this time. Please try again later. If this problem persists, please contact technical support." I've tried submitting various times of the day and contacted tech support twice with no response. Talking to a live person at HAL didn't help either. The booking shows her information as saved, I just can't get past the first section.

Am I the only one experiencing this or is it a general problem?

I filled our immigration forms out on March 28th for our upcoming cruise on April 22nd. I had no problems at all and it only took a few minutes. The boarding passes printed right out and I am good to go.

I had difficulty mid-March getting them for our cruise in 3 weeks. But yesterday I did them for our July cruise and it was a piece of cake. No problem at all.

on 3/15 i was sucessful in inputing all the required info and got the printed stuff to carry to the pier and we dont sail til 1/6/07

my friend on the other hand -sailing with us-- kept getting an error message that he inputted the wrong country-- he is a us citizen and put in usa as prompted

Thanks for your replies. I guess it's the luck of the draw. On March 15 it worked for me, and now it doesn't. Maybe it's the Mac factor. I don't know. :( I'm tempted to try a Windows computer at the library. My cousin has web tv, so she can't do it at home. I've got 3 weeks to go. HAL's computers are something else.

I did mine about 2 weeks ago for my May 12 Cruise. Had no problems.

Mine worked for my 11/30/06 cruise. I didn't print out a boarding pass, though because my cabin was already assigned and I'm hoping for a last-minute visit from the upgrade fairy!

i had computer success on march 16 for my may 5 cruise but my friend in australia who is joining me had to go to her ta and have the ta do it for her. she kept getting that same error message :rolleyes:

My problem wasn't filling it out (although it did time me out once). I didn't want to print the forms right away and then misplace them. By the time I went back in to try and print them, the site thought I wanted to edit the information and told me it was too soon to when I cruise for changes to be made. Sheesh... they should offer a print only icon if you've filled it out online. So I had to manually fill out the paper forms (again!) just in case they did need those at check in.

My advice - print those forms out right away. Don't wait like I did and have to re-do 3 forms!

We filled out our immigration forms on April 5 for our April 22 sailing and didn't print them out right away because our printer wasn't working. I printed them out on April 7 and they worked fine. I guess they are a little finicky!

:) I was finally able to complete my cousin's form today. I asked myself, "what can I do differently?" and decided to log in with my cousin's last name instead of mine! That worked and I got to the Disembarkation section and now both boarding passes are printed.

Many thanks for all of the replies that let me know it was something on my end of the process. Our SZ suite is still showing up at GUAR, so we're both curious about our final cabin assignment and getting ready for the doc dance!

I filled ours out three days ago for May 13 cruise and had absolutely no problem. In fact it is much better than the one they had last year.

You already filled out your immigration form? I thought this couldn't be done until at least 30 days prior to sailing. Have you already paid your final payment.

I filled ours out a month ago and we're just a little under a year out. Working fine for me.
