Zuiderdam laundry service

We are in a suite on the Zuiderdam July 3 and thought we would take advantage of the free service. How is the laundry service and what is their turnaround?

The "S" suite includes free laundry service. When we arrived the first day, we sent out clothes that needed pressing and they were back the next day. Also, later in the week we had a couple of things laundered and also received them back the next day. Service was good, no problems. Nothing was sent out that needed dry cleaning so maybe someone else could answer that question. It's a great extra, enjoy it.

We have been in suites on HAL ships including the Oosterdam.

Laundry service was great. Some times we got laundry back the same day. Otherwise it came back the next day.

Although we haven't sailed the Zuiderdam, we've enjoyed the complimentary laundry service on other ships. Never have used the dry cleaning service so I can't comment on it.
