It's been really quiet on the boards. Hopefully everybody is busy packing for the transatlantic. I leave for Ft Lauderdale Sunday to allow time for some precruise shopping. Still haven't received a cabin assignment, but figure no news may be good news!

See y'all on board!

No, I took a guarantee and the last time my TA checked, they still hadn't made an assignment.

I'll be at the Amerisuites Plantation, arriving Sunday afternoon. For anybody looking for a nice dining experience, I recently ate at a French restaurant named Safari. Not overly expensive and I wouldn't call it classic French, but really delightful. I'm not sure what the address is, but it is on the beach in the area where the cross streets are named for Presidents. A reservation is likely to be necessary, but worth the effort. I'm sure your hotel can give you the phone number.
