Narrow gauge railroad on St. Kitts

yes, but don't sit on the lower deck...you will miss a great deal of scenery if you do..

We did this excursion a year ago. It is run on the old sugar cane railway.

I agree, do sit on the top deck, and be prepared for alarming side-to-side swaying (tall carriages, narrow rails)!

You do find yourself looking into many people's back yards -- from a great height -- and at first this felt intrusive. But everybody waves and smiles, so I guess if it's OK with them....

Just returned from the cruise in St Kitts. The railroad trip is NOT TO BE MUSSED. Stay on the upper level. You will be thrilled by the views, the onboard entertainment and the drinks.
