In most cruise ship cabins, you have to step up a few inches to get into the bathroom due to the raised floor. Is this also the case on Silversea ships or is the bathroom floor level with the rest of the suite (as in a house)? Thank you.

I am nearly certain that there is a step up. This is probably necessary to allow room for the plumbing pipes, etc., below the floor of the bathroom.

There is a step up on the Silver Whisper, but thge bathroom are quite large compared to most cruise ships.

The bathrooms are on a raised floor on all four Silversea ships. That's one of the reasons I leave the bathroom light on all night with the door slightly ajar.

We always pack a little night light and plug it into the 120 volt razor points in the bathroom.
