New book on Turkey & Greece by Frances Mayes

For anyone who might be interested, Frances Mayes (Under the Tuscan Sun) has written a new book about her cruise to the Greek islands and a charter around Turkey, as well as other European destinations, entitled, A Year in the World: Journeys of a Passionate Traveller.

Hi might have to pick that one up, doing the Rome to Athens cruise 9-30-06, would like to here how she describes Greece.

My SIL is sending the book to me so I haven't had an opportunity to glance at it as yet, but I certainly hope she'll include some great recipes.
Did you mention you will be celebrating your birthday on this cruise? Me too, I'll be 50 something in Corfu, but I don't think it really counts when your out of the country, I believe you get an extra year of grace.
