Hi,
Not sure about egg beaters, never noticed them at the omelet bar, but they do cater to many different dietary needs on board, so I'd just about bet they have them. They always tell you in the restaurants if you want something just ask and if they can do it, they will. I know thye cook fresh egss everyday, so i see nor eason why they wouldnt make you a egg white omelet or how ever you want them cooked. They cook eggs to order both in the buffet and in the restaurants. dont be afraid to ask them, they are excellant about doing special requests.
I will ask afew others I knwo to see if they noticed any egg beaters on board too. If they tell me yes, I will let you know.

Hi Julie,
I just heard back from 6 people and they all said YES, they do have egg beaters on both ships.
They also said that they normally cook them in butter or oil, but you can request that they cook them in Pam instead and they taste better and are healthier for you.
Plus these people all had ordered egg white omlettes on board too and they said they were Yummy!!!
hope that helps you,

Thanks alot for the research. I like to have eggbeaters for breakfast every morning, so I was glad to hear they have them. I have another dining question.
Should I reserve the nursery after dinner or during dinner? When we were on the Explorer of the Seas, dinner time was challenging. We had a large table for 10. We had to sit with another family of 5 , with older kids 17 and up. We felt like we were constantly entertaining her just to keep her good. A few times we had to walk around with her so she wouldn't disrupt the other family. But I am hoping Disney cruises may be different. More accomadating for families with little ones. I booked the nursery during our dinner time, but now I feel I should let her eat with us (requested a table for only 6 this time) That way it will just be our family. Or should I use the nursery for a few hours after dinner? Thinking that my husband and I can go out for a little while. What does the ship have for adults after dinner? Not sure what to do. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Hi Julie,
Well that is a tough question How old is your daughter? How long can she sit before needing to move around? These are things to consider.
I do know at dinner when we had 18 month old with us, we requested his dinner be brought ASAP. Then he fell asleep before we finished the main course. Tons of little kids at dinner, so no need to worry about upsetting other cruisers. When you cruise DCL you expect to have kids at your table and noise in the dining rooms. If that bothers you, your on the wrong ship!!! And they do have Palos for a quiet adult only dinner too.
I do now they limit how many hours you can book the nursery so everyone can have a chance to use it, but I don't remember how many hours.
Animators Palate will keep her attention some because as each course comes along the walls change from black and white to color and at the end everything lights up good with some music. Parrot Cay is bright tropical theme, sometimes live music too. Birds are chirping around you too, Parrots,so kids look for them, of course there are no real birds, but this is a fun place, and sometimes they do the limbo towards the end of dinner which everyone can do, she may like to do that. These 2 restaurants are set up to entertain kids during dinner. Your wait staff are awesome with young kids. They even help entertain them, when they get the chance. Maybe she could have her dinner with you and then have reservations to take her to the nursery to play while you finish up dinner. I have seen parents keep their kids for 35 or 40 minutes then take them to the nursery or kids club.
After 9 p.m. the clubs become adult only for music and dancing. So if you want to do this you will need to have some time reserved for late evening. Of course there is Studio Sea, which is a family club, all ages all evening. They have dances, music, games, karoake etc... The promenade lounge is family too. They have a duo in there once or twice a night too. Small dance floor there too.
Most adults want to do the clubs at night so that is when it is the hardest to get reservations. Depending on your dinner time there is a show either before or after dinner too. kids are welcome to go to these. Some have lots of characters in them. they also have 2 p.m. matinees sometimes which are great because they are not a scrowded.
Usually around 7:45 to 8 p.m. they have a adult only show which can be a comedian, juggler, a magician etc... These are adult only, but not dirty shows, this is disney!!! Some of the comedians are suggestive but never dirty like some shows on other lines. Very funny!!! Love these shows too.
You have a tough decision to make, I wish you luck with it. If you decide to leave her during dinner there are plenty of food options for her, but they will feed her first if you request it. Plus like I said, 2 restaurants are set up to entertain little ones during dinner. Sometimes Mickey will walk through too, which brings on abig cheer. Last night your wait staff will parade through the dining room with flags from their home countries and will parade baked alaska's, so there is some entertainment to help you keep liitle ones occupied.
