Someone please help as I am getting conflicting stories. Can anyone tell me if the Lido Restaurant is opened during dinner hours? I believe I read it is opened at a certain time with tablecloths but is the food buffet style like at lunch or is it a fixed menu like the normal restaurant? We are leaving next week for Europe and unfortunately received early first seating. There will be times when we will not want to rush back for 5pm dinner... Thanks for any help

The Lido is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. In the evenings, they put table cloths on the tables. You get your food buffet style and I as remember, the selection is the the same as in the main dining room for the evening.

Do keep in mind that Lido dinner has very limited---and fairly early---hours. They are later than early-upper, however.
You may want to see the Maitre d' upon boarding to see if you can get your dinner time changed. It would be a shame to miss such a lovely part of your cruise because the assigned hour is so early.
Here's another idea, just in case you can't be re-assigned:
Check with the Maitre d' on a daily basis to see what tables he has available for one night only. People book the Pinnacle, so that frees up their space. Even if you can't get the time you want every night, at least that way you can dine later once in a while.

you still get in line buffet style and place your order with a steward, get a number and he`ll bring your dinner to the table, if there`s no line you may take your dinner with you

We enjoyed several dinners up there last year on the Oosterdam. Just be sure to check their hours. Love the view from up there.
