Neptune Lounge Oosterdam

Can someone tell me whether the Neptune Lounge is smoking, nonsmoking or designated-area-smoking? (My dad has emphysema.)

Please, "just the facts, ma'am" :p . I don't want to start another smoking argument/discussion.

Confirming non-smoking. We were just in there yesterday (as hard as that is to believe now!) It's really a wonderful place to retreat sometimes.

Am I correct in saying that the indoor areas that allow smoking are the Oak Room, the enclosed smoking section of the Explorer's Lounge, the Casino, the Sport's Bar, the Northern Lights, the starboard side of the Ocean Bar and the round bar at the Crow's Nest?

Thank goodness it was bathrobe friendly. Worked well for Latte's in the morning. And, the staff was great.:)
