Towels for the beach

I do not remember and we are packing for our 4/10 sailing.

Do they provide towels for shore excursions or do we have to bring our own???

You will get two towels in your stateroom when you board and your steward will replace them each evening. I have never had a problem requesting an additional one which we like to have! Have fun!!

Mark, they give you two pool towels, striped, that are different han the bath towels. Keep a good eye on them. They say if they are not turned in you will be charged. Sue

Any feedback on what I have read about shore vendors price gouging those who carry cruise line towels or cruise line apparel?

I really don't know, but I put mine in a really deep beach tote and they can't be seen. After the beach I do the same by wrapping the towels in a big plastic bag.
