Mini cars or mopeds in Grand Caymen?

Does anyone know if they have those little cars or mopeds in Grand Caymen that you can rent??

Like the ones they have in Key West.??

I believe we saw a moped rental place across from Senor Frogs. It's down one of the side streets at the port area. :)
