Does anyone have experience in buying the cruise insurance on Princess?

I know they have info on the website, but it seems like the personal experiences speak greater truths about what is and is not covered.

My main concern is that I have two ill family members (grandmother and uncle) and am concerned for booking the cruise (even though it several months away still).

My mom purchased Princess's own insurance last year for her cruise (but not for her self-booked air). Broke her wrist 2 weeks prior to sailing, got a quick and full refund from Princess.

We always purchase insurance, but not from the cruise line. For me, I find a better deal elsewhere. May I suggest THIS SITE (http://www.insuremytrip.com) where you can select from among different companies' policies and compare them side by side. (You can even include your separately-purchased airfare.) It's then easy to buy the insurance right there online.
