Last February we unfortunately had to cancel two booked cruises, one on Oceania and one another line. I had the deposit refunded from the other cruise line on my March statement, but still nothing from Oceania. My TA has made calls and was told it takes a couple of billing cycles. Well, this is May, and nothing yet. Why does it seem to be taking so long?
Anybody have similar experiences? I'd be interested to know what your dealings were.
Thanks:)

We had to cancel a cruise once with Oceania & they couldn't have been nicer to deal with. We did end up rescheduling for about 4 months later. Even though we were cancelling on relatively short notice (maybe about 30 days?) they credited us our full deposit for the future cruise. Hope this helps. Martha

We had to cancel cruise that did not go to Libya. Moved our deposit to Nautica cruise Istanbul/Singapore.

My TA called them again the other day and they (Oceania) had all the paper work and said something must have fallen into the crack and would make sure it was refunded. Glad I keep such good records!
