cruise personalizer

I have a question about the Cruise Personalizer. I see people posting about requesting robes, fruit etc on their personalizer. When I go into mine I don't have those options - I have medical conditions and dietary but nothing else?? Can you help?

Hi bostongal!! When you log into the cruise personalizer there is a column of choices on the left hand side. Click on Cruise Preferences. Looking forward to meeting you on the Diamond next February!

I have the following choices:

booking summary
passenger immigration
special requests (medical/dietary)
additional services
your itinerary
reserve shore excursions
finish and log out

We don't currently have a specific cruise booked, so I can't get into the Cruise Personalizer. But the choices for robes in the cabin, fruit, etc., are under Onboard Preference in my Member Profile after I sign in.

I did have the option a few days ago but today it's gone. Maybe it means that I'll be getting my documents soon?

I had the same difficulty. Sometimes the option was there, sometimes not. Perhaps it is a server problem. Maybe if you keep trying.
