What is the means of exchanging currency for the ports of call on the Baltic cruise---Helsinki, Stockholm,Copenhagen,Brugge,Amsterdam, etc? Do they use the Euro? Do you use an ATM machine? Can you get currency on board the ship(Insignia)? Which is the least expensive exchange? Any help is appreciated.

We ued our debit card for purchases whenever possible--got the best rate, and no additional fees.
To get walking around money, we went to the ATM.
Of your ports, the Euro is used in Helsinki, Brugge and Amsterdam.

Thank you for the information. What about Travellers Cheques? Can you exchange US Travellers Cheques on board at par or is there a fee imposed?
