Ft Lauderdale residents-please help!

My friend & I will be arriving at the FLL/Hollywood airport close to the same time. One of us is coming into terminal 2 and the other in terminal 1. Is it possible for one of us to safely walk to the other terminal and meet the other in front of it? Thanks in advance.

You absolutely can. There is a sidewalk connecting the two terminals, and it is only a short walk. We have walked between the two many times with no problem.

Yes the two terminals are in walking distance to each other, on the same side of the road. You can get a luggage cart for a $1 Then meet the other person. There is a long sidewalk connecting all.
