Does anybody know if it is possible, if you have HAL burn your pictures to CD for you, if they can put your pictures on a flashdrive at the same time? I am very concerned about the CDs - what if they don't work? what if they break? what if...? I would like an extra saved copy in a different format, just in case.

Thats a good question I dont know the answer to, but let me make a few comments about the subject. First of all HAL charges around $15 to make a cd for you. I dont know how long your cruise is or how many pictures you take but it might be more cost effective to just buy additional memory modules for your camera or a larger memory module and just swap memory when you fill it up. In my case I bring a laptop with me to copy the pictures to my hard drive and also burn a cd. I also did this for a couple who were sitting at our dinning room table. They brought some blank cd's with them. You will find many people wandering the ship with laptop's, you might strike up a conversation:D
