View Full Version : Oosterdam- cabin #8091?

We are booked on the Oosterdam in cabin #8091. This is on the Navigation deck, one floor beneath the Lido. My question is are we going to hear noise from the Lido deck? With that amount of passengers above us I wasn't sure how insulated it is.

We jsut got off the O'Dam in April and we were in 8076 right down the hall and we had no problems with noise from the Lido:)

we also just got off the oosterdam last week from the San Diego to Vancouver cruise and we were in cabin 8095... the one thing i do remember besides being a really nice roomy cabin was the smell of bacon every morning...i think it was about 6 or 7am...the smell of bacon fills the cabin it was probably from the lido above...but it wasn't anything to complain about ... it just made me hungry for bacon every morning...have a nice cruise.....

We were in 8089 on the Zuiderdam in Sept. Really great room! Very comfy and spacious and the verandah is wonderful. We heard no noise from above, but I think I also recall the faint scent of bacon. Might have been just a dream, as I dream often of bacon! You're gonna LOVE your room!
