I am very internet savvy, but I want to make sure that I go about this the right way.

I would like to plan and book my own excursions for the Southern Caribbean. I check the Ports of Call Forum here and I have Frommers. Does anybody have any suggestions on where to start?

The specific ports of call threads should have most of the information you need. If not, you can post a question regarding a reputable tour operator in that port. I'm sure savvy folks will respond with their experiences.

We self-planned all of our excursions for the TP. I found the best place for advice was the Roll Call threads for people who had previously taken the same itineary. They really seemed to know the most, and had the most recent experiences.

Good Luck!!
