Another Upgrade Question

Does Princess ever upgrade outside cabin or balcony to a suite? Or shall I just keep dreaming, LOL

Anything "can" happen. Had friends that were up graded when they arrived at the ship from outside cabin to mini-suite. But of course it was their 25th cruise with Princess. Quacker

On our FIRST Princess cruise we booked an insid guarantee and one week bfore leaving our ta phoned to say we were upgraded to a BALCONY!!

The point is anything can happen, I think alot has to do with when you booked and what you paid. If prices have come down alot form what you paid and it's not yet "final payment " make sure you ta contacts the line and either gets you a "refund" or an upgrade. On onur second Princess cruise we did that and when prices dropped ( we had booked 7 months in advance) our ta was able to get us upgraded and 250 back.

If you booked your cruise like a month ago and you are leaving in a week, don't count on a huge upgrade.

We've been upgraded 3 out of 4 times...from balconies to either suites or mini suites.
We always book around a year out.
