Barcelona May 21 share driver to Paris for the day

We are on the Regatta Barcelona to STockholm May 21 .... does anyone want to share driver and car to Paris for the day? email me at ajunrose@aol.com other couple we had plans for unfortunately took sick.

Not on that cruise, so naturally not interested,but curious....

I question that there would be enough time to see much in Paris if you plan to drive up and back same day.

Back in 3-98, on a Royal Princess repositioning from Buenos Aires Argentina, to Barcelona Spain, we "tacked on" a Princess post cruise package that included a bus/high speed train to Paris, and that trip took most of the daylight hours. Bus up to the Spanish/French border, then high speed train into Paris. Spain's trains run on a different gauge than much of the Continent, and at that time the Spanish had not yet laid a high speed rail line with compatible gauge.

Perhaps that cruise ports in Le Harve.and that may be where the poster wants to hire a car for the day to see Paris?;)

Hi there,

I know this well ..... you will dock in Le Havre and it takes around 3 hours drive each way and Paris is not that big you can get to see alot .... the champs elysee (or however you spell it) leads straight onto the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower is not far away ... its very doable.
