Golden breakfast in dining room

I have read that their is no omelet station
in the buffet for breakfast.
How are the breakfast's in the dining room?
Do they offer omelet's and egg's benedict?

Both were offered in the dining room on the Golden in Feb. I still prefer the Horizon Court for the variety.
