Letter Writing Campaign re HAL Website

I have read that HAL just ignores people who right them letters. Well I am just frustrated enough regarding their dysfunctional website, and I think I have company, that I would like to start a letter writing campaign. I just need to find out the proper mailing address. Can anyone give me a push in the right direction when I might find it. They have to have a head office in Seattle?

Thanks everyone. I will definately do my best to express how anxious it is as a customer when you keep getting false information like I have. After our first cruise with HAL I said never again, and here I am just as frustrated and I haven't even sailed yet. Boy I hope the cruise is better than their telephone and on-line customer service.
