Tipping Question

I should have posted this weeks ago as we are leaving tomorrow morning for Seattle. My question is for the service taking us to the cruise. How much should we tip?:

bus attendent where we park at the airport,
the baggage clerk at the airport,
bus driver taking us to the hotel in Seattle
conceirge at the hotel

Normally we always drive to the port and just pay to park so having all this extra help I know that a tip is expected. I thank you for any helpful advice.

I usually start out with the idea of $1/bag that they handle for me, then decide if more is in order depending on the quality and length of the service.

Sorry, I'm not a lot of help as we live close to FLL and usually take the cruise connection bus to the port from our home city of Jacksonville, and we tip the driver(s) about $5 pp each. I've watched what others tip and that seems to be the norm for that particular service.
